In this role, you will create a positive first impression while ensuring the front office operates efficiently and professionally. - Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain organized calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional reception area.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Coordinate office supplies and support daily office operations.
- Ensure a positive experience for all guests and clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
