Registered Nurse (RN) Part-Time

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Responsibilities Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments. Initiate plan of care as needed and appropriately supervise resident care. Develop assignments in coordination with care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Schedule & Compensation Part Time – Saturdays 6 p.m.–6 a.m. Pay range: $40–48 /hr depending on experience. Shift differential: $2–$3 per shift. Qualifications Current RN license in the state for which the application is made. Current CPR certification. Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post‑acute or sub‑acute care preferred; new graduates are welcome.
