Customer Relationship Liaison

Job Title: Employer Outreach & Relationship Management Representative

CLASSIFICATION: EXEMPT - OT, doubletime, and holiday hours, if applicable, are billed at the regular rate.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in employer outreach, relationship management, sales, account management, community outreach, or a related client-facing role
- Based in the Silicon Valley area with regular access to San Jose, Santa Clara, Mountain View, and Los Altos
- Ability to travel in the field 2-4 days per week to meet with employers and attend events
- Experience building and maintaining professional relationships with employer, community, or business partners
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently manage appointments, field activities, follow-up, and relationship-building workflows
- Proficiency in organizing outreach activities, tracking contacts, and managing multiple stakeholder priorities
- Ability to attend occasional weekend events, including pregame employer or community events
- Ability to travel periodically to locations such as Emeryville and Sacramento
- Experience with healthcare, health plan, employer benefits, or healthcare network outreach
- Experience supporting employer engagement, business development, or community partnership programs
- Experience representing an organization at community, corporate, or promotional events
- Familiarity with the Silicon Valley employer and business community
- Experience working independently in a remote, field-based environment


Summary / Duties:
This role supports employer outreach and relationship management activities across Silicon Valley through a combination of field-based engagement and remote administrative work. The representative will meet with employers, strengthen business relationships, attend community and employer events, and support outreach initiatives throughout San Jose, Santa Clara, Mountain View, Los Altos, and surrounding areas. Field activity is expected approximately 2-4 days per week, with remote work from home when not traveling. The position requires strong relationship-building, communication, organization, and independent work skills. Travel may occasionally extend to Emeryville and Sacramento. The representative will also participate in select weekend events, including employer or community engagement activities associated with local professional sports events.
