ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Account Manager – State Farm Agent Team Member , you will play a key role in growing our agency, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to provide valuable insurance and financial services solutions.

This is a sales-focused opportunity for a confident, goal-oriented professional who enjoys connecting with people, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products and services. We value individuals who take initiative, embrace challenges, and are committed to achieving results while delivering exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate new business through outbound calls, warm leads, referrals, and consistent follow-up.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support agency growth and retention.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Health, and other insurance products.

• Conduct needs-based policy reviews, prepare quotes, and clearly explain coverage options.

• Manage leads, schedule appointments, and confidently guide prospects through the sales process.

• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals.

• Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional customer service.

• Maintain organized customer records and collaborate with team members to ensure an excellent customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
  
  
• Willingness to obtain a Life & Health insurance license.
  
  
• Previous insurance sales or account management experience preferred.

• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence initiating sales conversations, building relationships, and closing sales.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving results.

• Strong work ethic, accountability, and proactive problem-solving skills.

• Coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow professionally.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
