Experience: Minimum 1 year of ER nursing experience

What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care within the ER department following hospital policies and standards
- Assess patient conditions and prioritize treatments during critical situations
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care plans
- Document patient interactions and medical histories accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
- Educate patients and families about care procedures and post-visit instructions
What You Need
- Valid RN license for Michigan
- Minimum of 1 year of ER experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
