We're hiring a Maintenance Technician who's ready for steady work, fair pay, and a team that respects your grind.Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred. 2–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including motors, wiring, and controls. Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment (Allen-Bradley and Siemens preferred). Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. Welding and fabrication experience is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Job Duties: Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Maintain and repair automated production equipment and PLC-controlled systems. Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential equipment issues before failures occur. Assist with the installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment and production lines. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and repair documentation. Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
