Accounts Receivable SpecialistConnect Search is seeking a strong Accounts Receivable Specialist to a growing team in Webster, TX. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience across the full AR cycle, including billing, collections, account reconciliations, and resolving payment discrepancies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing a high volume of transactions while keeping customer accounts up to date. Great opportunity if you have supported an Industrial, Construction or Manufacturing team with high volume AR/Billing/Collections.What You'll Be Doing:Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, billing, and payment processing.Handle collections and follow up with customers on outstanding balances and past-due invoices.Research and resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and account issues.Reconcile customer accounts and ensure payments are accurately applied.Monitor aging reports and work to reduce outstanding receivables.Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve payment questions and maintain accurate records.Assist with month-end AR reporting and other accounting duties as needed.What We're Looking For:Previous experience in Accounts Receivable with strong billing and collections exposure. Minimum of 3 years of experienceSolid understanding with full cycle Accounts Receivable – Billing, AR Cash Flow, CollectionsExperience researching discrepancies and reconciling customer accounts.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working in a large ERP System – Oracle, NetSuite, SAP
