Job Overview A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate in Palm Desert, CA. The firm provides comprehensive legal services in real estate transactions for a diverse clientele, including public entities and private developers. The ideal candidate will have over six years of relevant experience. Duties Handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions. Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and development agreements. Advise clients on real estate development and transactional matters, including public-private partnerships. Manage multiple transactions independently while collaborating in a team-oriented environment. Requirements Admission to the State Bar of California. Experience with commercial real estate transactions and client advisement. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in California. Skills Strong negotiation and drafting skills. Ability to manage complex transactions. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Benefits Hybrid work arrangement option.
