We are a federally qualified health center located in South Carolina, recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), and we are expanding our team of Family Medicine Physicians to meet the growing needs of our community. Our organization has established itself as a leader in delivering high-quality, affordable healthcare services.

About the Opportunity:

• Focus on outpatient care.

• Work at one of our 10 office locations.

• Call duty is scheduled every 20 weeks, with nurses handling initial calls.

• Enjoy a 1:1 ratio with Medical Assistants.

• No night or weekend shifts required.

• Average daily patient load is approximately 18.

• Engage in 36 clinical hours per week.

• Telehealth appointments are integrated into your schedule.

• Opportunity to teach medical students.

• Access to on-site pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology services.

• Manage a patient panel size.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Receive a competitive base salary along with a signing bonus.

• Participate in three loan repayment programs.

• Enjoy 120 hours of paid time off (PTO) for the first three years, increasing to 200 hours thereafter.

Location and Community:

• Situated in a small suburban community in eastern South Carolina, just west of Hilton Head Island, within Beaufort and Jasper counties in the Lowcountry region.

• Only minutes away from the coast: 13 miles to Hilton Head, 85 miles to Charleston, and 20 miles to Savannah, GA.

• The community has a population of around 12,000 residents.

• Located 20 minutes from an international airport.
