Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

$18-$20/hr DOE | Full-Time | Permanent

Looking for a career where you can stay active, work outdoors, and have most Fridays off? Our client is hiring three Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to join their growing team!

What You'll Do

Mow, weed eat & edge
Blow leaves & debris
Spread mulch
General landscape maintenance
Work as part of a professional crew

Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM-6:00 PM 30-minute unpaid lunch Fridays only if needed due to weather

Pay & Benefits

$18-$20/hr DOE
Performance raise after 30 days
Health insurance (50/50 employer paid)
Paid major holidays
Week off between Christmas & New Year's
Performance bonuses

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude & dependable attendance
Valid NC Driver's License with a clean driving record
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
English or Spanish welcome (Bilingual is a plus!)
Closed-toe shoes required
