Doyensys is a Dallas, Texas based Oracle partner celebrating its twentieth year delivering implementation, optimization, and managed services across Oracle Enterprise SaaS and Cloud technologies. We support CIOs, CFOs, and IT leaders in modernizing their Oracle landscape through scalable onsite and offshore delivery models.

Two decades in, our clients stay. Doyensys maintains a 99 percent client retention rate, backed by 250 certified and highly talented engineers and a growing portfolio of proprietary IP, accelerators, and solution catalogs. We are now building a dedicated AI practice, giving our sales team a genuine new story to bring into every account. As part of our continued growth, we are building out our sales organization from the ground up and are seeking a Sales Executive who wants to help shape it.

Overview

This is a builder's seat. Doyensys is investing aggressively in expanding our sales organization, and this Sales Executive role owns the Oracle Technology and Applications Unlimited territory from day one. You will sell Database and OCI services, lead with modernization of Oracle's Applications Unlimited install base including EBS to OCI migration opportunities, and introduce Doyensys's emerging AI services into infrastructure and modernization conversations. You will report to the VP of Growth, carry direct revenue accountability, and have the freedom to build your book of business and your relationships within the Oracle Tech and Applications Unlimited sellers group largely from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue and Pipeline Management

• Achieve assigned annual revenue targets across Database, OCI, and Applications Unlimited services
• Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline across new logo and existing account opportunities
• Own EBS to OCI migration opportunities as a primary source of new business
• Own non-Oracle workloads to OCI opportunities
• Own OCI managed services opportunities for new and existing Oracle customers
• Maintain accurate forecasting and sales reporting

Strategic Account Development

• Engage CIOs, VPs of Infrastructure, and IT leaders in consultative, outcome focused conversations
• Position Doyensys across Oracle Database, OCI, and Applications Unlimited modernization services
• Introduce Doyensys's AI services as a natural extension of infrastructure and modernization conversations
• Collaborate with delivery and practice leaders to shape tailored solutions

Oracle Ecosystem Alignment

• Build relationships with Oracle Tech account executives and the Applications Unlimited sellers group
• Work to get Doyensys into Oracle account plans and deal registration
• Identify and execute co-sell opportunities with Oracle field teams

Commercial Leadership

• Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
• Structure MSAs, SOWs, T&M, fixed bid, and managed services engagements
• Ensure revenue growth aligns with margin and delivery capacity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling enterprise technology or Oracle services, with direct experience in Database, OCI, or infrastructure modernization
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience selling into Oracle's Applications Unlimited install base is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and database technologies
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles
• Strong executive presence and consultative selling capability
• Experience working within onsite and offshore delivery models
• Ability to speak credibly to AI use cases as a differentiator within infrastructure conversations
