Admissions Advisor
We are seeking a motivated Admissions Advisor to join our enrollment team. In this fast-paced, student-facing role, you will guide prospective students through the admissions process, career planning, and enrollment while helping them take the next step toward a career in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls
- Conduct interviews, campus tours, and assist with enrollment steps
- Present program information, outcomes, and student services
- Guide students through admissions requirements and financial aid process
- Participate in recruitment events (open houses, career days, orientations, etc.)
- Maintain follow-up with applicants to support enrollment and success
- Meet enrollment goals and maintain accurate forecasting
- Generate referrals and new leads
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of college education and/or an Associate degree required
- 0–1 year of admissions, sales, or customer-facing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping others achieve career goals
- Bilingual preferred
