People & Culture Initiatives Partner - Sales (Remote)

Job Summary This is a fixed‑term role anticipated for 18 months, full time with benefits eligibility. The P&C Initiatives Partner – Sales is a critical partner to the Director, People & Culture – Sales, shaping and delivering people‑centered special projects that strengthen the effectiveness, experience, and operational excellence of the Sales organization. What You Will Do Lead P&C projects for the US Sales organization, including BAU and transformational projects, and maintain the Sales “Plan on a Page” annual priorities. Build structured P&C project plans, charters, timelines, RACIs, and RAID logs to ensure clarity, accountability, and predictable delivery. Ensure cross‑functional dependencies, risks, and decisions are aligned so initiatives land smoothly. Serve as a connector across P&C COEs, BPs, Sales leadership, IT, Fleet, Communications, Ops, and other enterprise teams. Prioritize the Sales People Strategy and annual focus areas, providing visibility into how projects support broader goals. Collaborate with P&C Change & Communications COE to implement best‑in‑class change leadership and communications for Sales. Translate complex information into clear, actionable messages and create compelling communication materials for SharePoint, leader communications, All‑Hands content, and project‑specific messaging. P&C Sales Initiative Project Management – Planning & Execution Excellence Lead, maintain, and execute the Sales “Plan on a Page” and initiative timelines, connecting multiple partners into a unified roadmap for an outstanding People Experience. Build and monitor detailed project plans, risk logs, and milestone tracking, escalating risks with solutions and ensuring timely alignment with leaders and stakeholders. P&C & Cross‑Functional Collaboration Serve as a connector across P&C COEs, BPs, Sales leadership, IT, Fleet, Communications, Ops, and other teams to ensure decisions and plans reflect the reality and needs of Sales. Sales Change Leadership & Communication Enhancements Work with P&C Change & Communications COE to embed change leadership focused on “the Why”, result in clear articulation of People impacts, and support leaders through transformation and ongoing BAU changes. Qualifications Required minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience in project management, leading cross‑functional strategic initiatives and organizational transformation. Experience supporting change leadership, communication, or people‑focused programs. Must be 21 years of age or older. Anticipate and articulate downstream impacts of decisions and changes on the Sales organization. Build trust and translate complex information into clear plans and next steps. Use data to inform decisions, identify trends, and support change readiness. Build and maintain effective working relationships. Travel domestically, as needed. Work Environment and Physical Demand Requires light physical effort; occasionally lifts or moves light objects (under 10 lbs.). Walks, sits, or stands for prolonged periods. Requires prolonged machine operation, including computer and keyboard equipment with manual dexterity and fine motor skills. Annual Base Salary Range: $90,227.00 – $120,302.00 Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for an annual bonus or incentive compensation.
