SERVPRO of Gilbert is a full-service restoration and reconstruction company serving homeowners and businesses across the East Valley. After water, fire, or storm damage, our Reconstruction team puts homes back together. This is a hands-on role: from day one you’re on the tools, working independently to produce finish carpentry and put-back work on insurance restoration projects. We provide a stocked company truck with a core hand-tool kit, PPE, phone, and laptop. You bring your power tools and the skill. For the right person, it’s the first step toward leading crews and projects. We’re looking for someone who wants a career, not just another job.

What You’ll Do

Carpentry & Drywall

■ Install baseboard, trim, casing, doors, and hardware

■ Hang, repair, finish, and texture drywall, including matching existing texture

■ Perform minor framing and structural repairs

■ Install cabinetry and built-ins

■ Complete punch lists, finish work, and repairs

Painting

■ Paint walls, ceilings, doors, and trim

■ Prep, mask, caulk, and patch surfaces

■ Deliver clean lines, full coverage, and finished work that doesn’t come back as a callback

■ Leave every home clean and customer-ready daily
