Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) that is licensed or in the immediate process to obtain PT licensure in the state of OH, to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC.

Minimum Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• SNF / LTC experience required
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice
