Responsibilities

• Provide circulating and recovery nurse services in the operating room.
• Assist the surgical team as needed in other capacities according to established procedures.
• Deliver direct patient care, evaluate outcomes, and adjust nursing care plans in consultation with other specialists to ensure optimal patient results.
• Prepare patients for scheduled procedures and assist with ongoing patient assessment throughout the stay.
• Assist in recovery room patient care and support the patient and family through the perioperative period.

Requirements

• Montana RN license in good standing
• CPR Healthcare Provider level certification
• ACLS certification
• Ability to perform circulating and recovery room duties within surgical services
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a Critical Access Hospital perioperative setting
