Senior Business Analyst

Based in Phoenix, Arizona, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will analyze business performance, develop actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making across digital and physical retail channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Analyze business performance metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities to guide strategic decisions Provide detailed forecasting support and manage item portfolio to ensure accurate inventory flow across Omni channels Support promotional planning and digital strategy by tracking execution and collaborating on campaign effectiveness assessments Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field; MBA preferred 2-3+ years of experience in business analytics, category management, or commercial planning, preferably in CPG or retail Direct experience with syndicated data systems and retail portals Understanding of Omni-channel retail and eCommerce analytics Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
