ST6 Insurance Group is seeking motivated, relationship-focused professionals to join our team as Insurance Sales Representatives. In this role, you'll meet with homeowners and families in their homes, learn about their insurance needs, and recommend personalized coverage solutions. You'll guide clients through the sales process from the initial consultation to application completion while providing professional, client-focused service.

You'll have access to an established lead system, hands-on field training, and ongoing coaching to help you build your skills and grow your business.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners and families for scheduled in-home consultations.
• Understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Explain coverage options and guide clients through the application process.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to build lasting relationships.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage sales activity professionally.

Qualifications

• Current life insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain one in accordance with state requirements.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home appointments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable meeting clients face-to-face.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage client relationships and follow-ups.

Previous experience in insurance, outside sales, in-home sales, customer service, or other client-facing roles is beneficial but not required.
