Operations Manager - Anselmo Grain

Location Anselmo Grain Job Requirements Must have good customer service skills, grain education/experience, supervisory skills, able to lift 50#, ability to multi-task, working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and must be able to work as a team. Essential Functions Must have essential knowledge of material handling equipment and how to maintain that equipment. Must be an effective communicator. Must have effective organization skills. Schedule and dispatch application equipment assigned to the location. Responsible for assisting with managing the locations inventory. Required to work with Location Manager on product inventory needs and location space management. This will be accomplished by knowing what is on hand, the demand for each product, and ordering product in timely fashion to serve the customer. Work with Location Manager to maintain a high level of customer service by operating the plant to meet demand needs. Operate the plant in accordance with the Cooperatives safety policies, maintenance program, and housekeeping standards. Perform regular inventories, verify physical on-hand to accounting system.
