Pathway of Hope Community Case Manager
The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division
The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division is hiring a Community Pathway of Hope Case Manager in Ferguson, MO. This full-time position (40 hours per week) offers an annual salary of $46,000 and is grant-funded until December 31, 2026. Responsibilities include client intake, case management, resource identification, and community education.
