We are looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Advisor to lead our Treasury Operations activity and play a key role in managing our global banking infrastructure. This is an excellent entry point into corporate treasury, offering broad exposure across regions and functions with a clear path to developing the skills required of a senior Treasury professional. The position has visibility to all aspects of Treasury. This is an in-office role (5 days a week) Responsibilities You will own day-to-day bank account management across the US, Canada, EMEA, APJ, and LATAM regions, serving as the operational backbone of the Treasury team. Responsibilities include: Managing the full lifecycle of bank accounts - opening, closing, name changes, and signatory updates Maintaining board resolutions and AML documentation in accordance with compliance requirements Administering bank portals, including system access, user entitlements, and ongoing maintenance Supporting internal controls related to bank account governance Assisting with the implementation of a new Treasury Management System Partnering with the Liquidity Management Director on cash forecasting initiatives Qualifications 2-4+ years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, or banking operations Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field Advanced Excel skills - you are comfortable building and working in complex spreadsheets Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus but not required Company Overview Quest Software builds the foundation for enterprise AI with solutions in data governance, cybersecurity, and platform modernization .
