Director Of OperationsWe are seeking an experienced, hands-on Director of Operations for a growing restaurant concept with exciting opportunities for expansion. This is an opportunity for a strong operator who enjoys developing people, improving performance, and building the systems needed to support long-term growth.Initially, this leader will take direct responsibility for the daily operations of one restaurant, with the opportunity to transition into broader multi-unit leadership as the company expands.ResponsibilitiesLead daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, service, and operational consistencyHire, train, coach, and develop restaurant managers and team membersOversee P&L performance, budgets, labor, food cost, inventory, and operating expensesEstablish effective systems, procedures, and accountability to improve operational performanceBuild a positive, results-driven culture focused on teamwork, hospitality, and executionIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfactionPartner with senior leadership on operational strategy and growth initiativesDevelop future General Managers and support new restaurant openingsTransition into broader multi-unit oversight as the company expandsQualifications10+ years of restaurant operational leadership experience, including 5+ years in multi-unit leadershipQSR or chicken-concept experience required; both strongly preferredStrong hands-on General Manager experienceProven success developing restaurant teams and improving operational performanceStrong financial acumen, including P&L, labor, food cost, inventory, and budgetingExperience implementing systems, processes, and operational standardsAbility to lead directly in the restaurant while building for future growthExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsRestaurant opening experience a plusBenefitsCompetitive compensation and benefitsOpportunity for professional growth and advancementOpportunity to help shape and grow an expanding restaurant conceptJob ID: 182446 #postNichelle Ritter
