Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to gather information regarding clients' mental health histories, current presenting issues, and treatment goals. \n
- Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences. \n
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving personal growth and emotional resilience. \n
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes. \n
- Offer teletherapy services, making therapy accessible to clients facing geographical or logistical challenges. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, safeguarding client information. \n
- Participate in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training sessions, to expand your clinical skills and knowledge base. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- Current and valid Maryland state license as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD. \n
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field required; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. \n
- Empathetic, compassionate approach with a non-judgmental attitude to support clients from all walks of life. \n
- Strong organizational, time-management, and documentation skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively. \n
Prior experience in outpatient counseling or therapy, particularly in a private practice setting, is advantageous. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care, will set you apart as an ideal candidate.
