Sunrise Chevrolet Buick GMC at Collierville , a member of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, is seeking a self-motivated, friendly professional who enjoys talking with people via telephone and working with prospective, as well as current customers, to help them find a new or used vehicle.

What you will be doing :

• Handle all inquiries with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction.
• Receive inbound calls on new and pre-owned vehicles with a goal to establish a firm appointment date and time from the customer.
• Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from guests and provide general or related vehicle sales information.
• Maintain and communicate exceptional product and inventory knowledge to our guests.
• Gather and track all guest data as directed; accurately enter into dealership CRM database (We use VinSolutions.).
• Utilize detailed scripts provided by the dealership in addressing guest inquiries and concerns to meet the dealership and manufacture objectives.
• Work with other Sales BDC Admins in a team-based environment.
• Facilitate timely follow up on all leads as directed by management and/or procedures.
