Outpatient Triage RN - Neurology

A large healthcare organization in South Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Neurology/Neurosurgery Clinical Research team. This role supports patients in an outpatient setting, with a strong focus on care coordination. Responsibilities include patient monitoring, stroke education and lifestyle modification support, responding to patient messages through EPIC, and partnering closely with stroke coordinators. The nurse will rotate daily among physicians, assist with surgical scheduling, see patients in the clinic, and provide ongoing patient education. When not in clinic, this individual will focus on followup related to surgical scheduling, care coordination, and managing a high volume of Epic inbox activity to ensure continuity of care.

Required Skills & Experience

Active NJ RN License
Active BLS certification
4+ years' outpatient surgical RN experience (Neuro-surgery experience preferred)
EMR experience


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

BSN
Tumor experience
EPIC experience
