What You'll Do

• Support clinical interventions using evidence-based practices under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Administer therapeutic procedures such as ADL retraining, exercises, modalities, and assistive device use
• Assess patient progress and communicate effectively with supervising therapists to modify treatments
• Document treatment details, patient progress, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards
• Provide consultations to patients, families, and caregivers regarding cognitive and physical disorders
• Participate in care conferences, meetings, and training sessions to stay current with best practices
• Support and supervise students under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist

What You Need

• Active State Licensure/Registration (if applicable)
• Experience working as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of clinical procedures related to occupational therapy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adhere to professional ethics and practice acts

Preferred: Previous experience in long-term care settings and familiarity with electronic documentation systems
