Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Stocks and rotates produce to assure quality and freshnessPrepares, packages, and prices product as directedOperates machinery such as bailer and pallet jack to make bales and move palletsAssists in loading and unloading of produce trucksCuts, weighs, and labels produce in accordance with food safety best practicesPrepares guacamole, pico de gallo, and other goods based on established recipesProvides excellent customer serviceAbides by Westborn Market’s time and attendance policyMaintains a clean and organized work area free of hazardsMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)Must be able to lift minimum 50 poundsAbility to write legibly and read with comprehension at a level where it applies to this positionAbility to monitor and maintain quality control standardsPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
