Hours: 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri

Rate: $25.00 - $30.00/Hour

What You’ll Do:
Perform essential maintenance and repairs across BAMSI’s network of locations, ensuring every site is safe, operational, and well-maintained.

• Perform a wide range of maintenance duties including minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.

• Proactively identify and complete preventative maintenance tasks using our digital work order system (FinishLinePro).

• Respond promptly to emergency repair situations and provide on-call coverage on a rotating basis.

• Maintain clear communication and professional relationships with program staff and stakeholders.

• Safely operate BAMSI vehicles and responsibly maintain all tools, equipment, and property.

What You Bring:

• Experience: High school diploma/GED and at least 1 year of hands-on experience in property/building maintenance.

• Skills: General aptitude across multiple trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry) with demonstrated competency in at least two areas. Proficiency with hand and power tools is required.

• Attributes: A strong, self-directed work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a professional, customer-service oriented attitude.

• Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.

  • Ability to pass a background check (CORI).
