Overview: AI Project Manager (AI/ML Delivery | Agile | Enterprise Programs) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead and deliver AI and AI-integrated projects from initiation to deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing AI/ML projects , working closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and business stakeholders , and ensuring successful delivery aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities End-to-End AI Project Delivery
- Manage full lifecycle of AI projects:
- Initiation → Planning → Execution → Deployment → Closure
- Ensure delivery within:
- Scope, timeline, and budget
- Define:
- Project scope
- Timelines
- Milestones
- Deliverables
- Manage:
- Multiple workstreams across AI initiatives
- Collaborate with:
- Data Scientists
- AI/ML Engineers
- Architects
- Business stakeholders
- Act as:
- Primary point of contact for project communication
- Identify:
- Risks, dependencies, and blockers
- Develop:
- Mitigation strategies
- Track and resolve issues proactively
- Ensure alignment between:
- Business requirements
- AI/ML technical solutions
- Support translation of:
- Business needs → Technical execution
- Track:
- Project progress
- KPIs and deliverables
- Provide:
- Regular status updates to stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to:
- Quality standards
- Compliance requirements
- Governance frameworks
- Work within:
- Agile / Scrum / Hybrid models
- Facilitate:
- Sprint planning
- Stand-ups
- Reviews
- End-to-end project delivery
- Stakeholder management
- Risk & issue management
- Knowledge of:
- AI/ML lifecycle
- Model development & deployment
- Experience managing:
- AI/ML or data-driven projects
- Agile / Scrum
- Project management tools (Jira, etc.)
- Strong communication
- Leadership and coordination
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- 6-10+ years of experience in:
- Project Management / Delivery roles
- Proven experience in:
- AI / ML / Data projects
- PMI-ACP / PMP certification
- Experience in:
- Enterprise-scale AI programs
- Exposure to:
- Data-driven environments
