Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the only aesthetic provider in the Gold Coast med spa, performing all treatments autonomously.
• Conduct detailed patient consultations, crafting individualized treatment plans and presenting pricing with confidence.
• Administer both on-label and off-label aesthetic procedures safely and effectively.
• Manage patient expectations, address potential complications, and deliver exceptional outcomes independently.
• Drive service and product sales directly, building rapport and trust with each client.
• Operate with a high degree of independence, solving problems and making real-time clinical decisions without onsite supervision.
• Maintain an entrepreneurial mindset, treating the role as your own practice and consistently seeking opportunities to grow revenue and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a traditional med spa setting (dermatology, plastics, or mobile/home practice alone will not qualify).
• Demonstrated clinical confidence; minimal to no training required to perform procedures.
• Experienced and comfortable with both on-label and off-label aesthetic treatments.
• Proven ability to handle patient dissatisfaction, complications, and independent decision-making.
• Strong communication, sales, and client relationship skills; confident in presenting treatment plans and pricing.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with self-motivation to build a thriving practice within the spa.

Schedule & Compensation

• Status: Part-time.
• Mandatory Days: Saturday, plus either Thursday or Friday.
• Hours: Flexible within the required days, with potential to transition to full-time as client volume grows.
• Hourly Wage: $60–$75 per hour.
• Commissions: Monthly service-based bonuses tied to revenue and 10% commission on product sales.
