You’ll perform a wide variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to established operational policies and procedures. You’ll resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an extraordinary customer experience. Responsibilities Assist customers with technology challenges, engage in casual conversation, and showcase available services and products. Help determine personal and business financial needs and connect customers with experts as needed. Ensure compliance with audit and security policies and Federal regulations. Support customers across branch services, including cash handling and service needs; rotate within the branch based on customer needs. Contribute to an improved retail customer experience with fewer handoffs; be the expert for customers. Learn about Capital One products, services, and experiences to guide customers toward their financial goals. Demonstrate digital savviness by guiding customers through mobile and online experiences using branch devices; educate on other banking channels and products. Collaborate with an energized team of banking professionals and inspire teammates. Research and respond to customer inquiries to enhance retention and engagement using various tools and channels to recommend solutions. Travel between branches in the assigned local area to support the market. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification At least 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience At least 6 months of cash handling experience Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree 2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience Salary, Benefits, and Other Information At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Alexandria, LA: $43,680 - $43,680 for Branch Ambassador. Other locations follow location-specific ranges as noted in the candidate offer letter.
