If you have a passion for troubleshooting hydraulics, electrical systems, and advanced machinery in a fast‑paced environment, apply today! salary: $50,000 - $68,640 per year shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Die Casting & Automation Support: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high‑pressure aluminum die casting machines, auto‑ladles, reciprocators, and integrated robotic automation cells. Mechanical & Hydraulic Repairs: Perform advanced hydraulic repairs on pumps, valves, and cylinders. Inspect, build, and route hydraulic hoses, pipes, tubing, and fittings. Manage accumulator pre‑charging, bleeding, and setting pressure/relief valves. Electrical Troubleshooting: Install, replace, and troubleshoot motor controls, contractors, overloads, relays, and limit switches. Install conduit (up to 2” EMT and Rigid) and hardwire field machinery components. Tooling & Controls: Understand the functionality of die tooling micro‑switches; isolate and wire control devices, and troubleshoot logic issues. Furnace Operations: Provide mechanical/structural support for melting and holding furnaces, including the fabrication and replacement of thermocouples. Facility & Auxiliary Utilities: Perform routine preventative maintenance and emergency fixes on facility infrastructure, including industrial pumps, air compressors, HVAC units, wastewater processing equipment, and general plumbing. Essential Functions wearing steel toe shoes working in a non‑temperature controlled environment manual lifting up to 50lbs standing for 8 hours at one time working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week Skills Maintenance Mechanical Maintenance Electrical General Maintenance Electronic Maintenance troubleshooting diagnostic equipment (1 year of experience is required) PLC controllers (1 year of experience is required) Lift 50lbs (1 year of experience is required) Qualifications Years of experience: 1 year Experience level: Experienced Education High School (required) Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, the employer offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short‑term disability, and a 401(k) plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
