As a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, ensuring the safety and comfort of mothers and their newborns. This role requires a compassionate and skilled professional who can handle a variety of patient types, including antepartum, postpartum, and NICU. You'll be working in a Level 2 maternal/neonatal center with a delivery volume of 50-60 births per month.

• Provide comprehensive care to laboring mothers and newborns
• Administer medications such as glucose, magnesium, pitocin, and insulin
• Monitor and manage labor and delivery processes, including electronic fetal monitoring
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR

Requirements:

• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Active Iowa or compact/multistate RN license
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, and EFM
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Travel experience within the last 15 months
• Strong medication administration skills
