Career Details

• W-2 and 1099 options available
• Through USACS’ partnership with this facility and under updated U.S. Department of Education regulations, you may be eligible for the PSLF program

• Accepting FP physicians preferably with AAPS board certification

Compensation

• Excellent compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 pay range of $165/hour to $291/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% practice-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock. Estimated 1099 base pay range of $200/hour to $450/hour.
