Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models throughout preconstruction and construction
- Review contract documents, identify coordination issues, and help develop solutions with the Project Management team
- Attend coordination meetings and provide project updates
- Model systems to meet project specifications, code requirements, and constructability standards
- Run clash detection, document conflicts, and track resolutions
- Review and update Revit models to ensure accuracy and coordination
- Produce detailed coordination and fabrication drawings with strong attention to quality
- Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and other coordinators to support successful project execution
- Optimize system layouts for efficiency and constructability
- Provide field support and assist with layout or installation questions
- Coordinate maintenance clearances, access zones, and hanger locations with other trades
- Mentor and support junior team members
