Automated Health Systems is hiring motivated and team-oriented, customer service professionals in Cheyenne, WY.

As a part of the Wyoming Medicaid Customer Service Center Project, you will be responsible for providing education, assistance, and eligibility services to Wyoming Medicaid customers.

This is a full-time position with benefits. Hours of operation M-F 7AM-6PM MST

Qualifications for the positions include:

• Excellent communication skills,
• Strong PC proficiency,
• Customer service focus with a passion for helping people,
• Knowledge of Wyoming Medicaid preferred,
• Associate Degree and/or related experience required.

Bilingual language skills a plus.
