Project Manager - Signage & Branding

Description: We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in the fast-paced, creative world of custom signage, fabrication, and branded environments. At Takeform, we turn ideas into bold visual statements—bringing spaces to life with design, craftsmanship, and precision. From large-scale exterior signage to intricate interior displays, you’ll lead projects from concept to installation, ensuring every detail shines. What You’ll Do Own the full project lifecycle—estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and client communication. Collaborate with designers, fabricators, and installers to turn creative visions into reality. Manage timelines, materials, and production flow to keep projects on track. Serve as the client’s go-to contact—anticipating needs, solving challenges, and keeping everyone in sync. Ensure quality, safety, and brand consistency from the first sketch to final install. What You Bring 5 years of project management experience in signage, wayfinding or construction. Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, project management or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate a plus. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and detail. Excellent communication and organization skills—you can juggle multiple projects and personalities with ease. Comfort with technical drawings, specifications, and on-site coordination. Ability to travel up to (or exceeding) 50% of the time for client meetings, site visits, and installations. Tech-savvy.
