Email Marketing Account Manager

The role of Email Marketing Account Manager is integral to the Email Marketing team, responsible for representing Inhabit while collaborating with clients to develop and monitor email marketing initiatives. What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities) Assist with the technical production of monthly email marketing campaigns for clients. Create and design new email templates for email marketing materials. Apply HTML/CSS, Dreamweaver, Photoshop knowledge. Stay up to date with current best practices and continue to develop new initiatives and strategies. Communicate with clients to manage and produce projects. Creative copywriting and critical proofreading of all campaigns before launch. Deploy emails under tight deadlines without sacrificing integrity. Review performance including email reports, Google Analytics, and Email on Acid with the client after each campaign. Gain proficiency in web development within Drupal and SMC content management system. Assist clients in web production related to email initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Working understanding of HTML/CSS. Experience with major email service providers. Experience planning and executing email marketing programs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated understanding of email marketing best practices. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience writing content for emails and landing pages. Experience with marketing automation. Interest in vacation rental industry; experience in the industry a plus. Customer service experience. Education Requirements BA in marketing or related field or minimum 2 years of email marketing experience. Employment Type Full Time, Salaried, Exempt or Full Time, Hourly, Non‑Exempt. Location Any of the core markets. The position has an in‑office work style, with most team members working in the office Monday to Thursday and remotely on Friday.
