Job Title: Surgical Technologist (Preceptor) – Full time Location: San Jose, CA, US Experience: Mid Level Salary: $45 – $52 per hour Job Details No more 12‑hour hospital shifts. No more random on‑calls. No more feeling like a cog in a machine. Responsibilities Instruct classes for surgical technologist students. Deliver active and effective learning experiences from classrooms to labs, clinical settings, and online environments. Prepare engaging lesson plans and assess student performance. Effectively present subject matter to ignite students' passion for a Surgical Technologist career. Qualifications Associate’s Degree in any field (Surgical Technology preferred but not required). 5+ years of clinical experience as a certified surgical technologist. 1+ year of instructor experience (preferred). Certified Surgical Technologist (CS) License with NBSTSA. Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Day Shifts, No Weekends, No Holidays. Benefits Part‑time stability: Monday–Friday, flexible hours. Salary: $90k–$100k per year + full benefits. 401(k) retirement, Premium Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance.
