Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide respiratory care services to patients of all ages, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and help develop individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapies, treatments, and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor patients' respiratory status and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about respiratory conditions and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Stay current with advancements in respiratory therapy practices.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Illinois state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT).
• Previous clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
