Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of hospital/specialty experience License: Active RN License in Texas Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Certification Must-Have: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. 2+ years of hospital/specialty experience is required. Description: The facility has undergone significant renovations to upgrade and expand services. We are dedicated to our patients and the community. We recognize and value the unique needs of each patient. Our staff is known for being friendly and supportive. We provide outstanding healthcare services with a commitment to continuous improvement. All travelers are required to float as per the floating policy. The documentation system in use is Meditech with medication scanning. Procedures performed include CABG, general surgery, IABP, IMPELLA, CRRT, therapeutic hypothermia, and rotoprone ventilation. Dress code includes navy scrub tops and pants, and jackets in navy or white. Nail policy requires clean and healthy hair, with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches, and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed. Body art should be covered whenever possible. Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited. Attendance policies are strictly enforced.
