Rare Disease Account Manager, Immunology Autoantibody Diseases (Lancaster, PA)

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Rare Disease Account Manager for the Lancaster, PA territory to drive sales and market strategy for immunology autoantibody disease treatments. The role involves managing territory performance, building customer relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance within the local healthcare market.

Responsibilities

Drive territory sales performance and product demand to meet or exceed forecasts
Develop and execute local healthcare market strategy to identify patient opportunities and remove access barriers
Leverage approved marketing resources and payer knowledge to demonstrate clinical value and affordability solutions
Serve as quarterback of local market team, setting strategy and driving alignment across field partners
Analyze market data, build business and account plans, manage territory budget, and support formulary status initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field
Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical field sales experience
At least 3 years specialty sales or key account management experience
Strong clinical, product, and business acumen
Ability to travel up to 50%
Willingness to live in or relocate to Lancaster, PA geography
Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
