What You’ll Do Own projects from the ground up - lead hydrogeologic investigations from concept through execution Lead and elevate the team - mentor junior staff and help build a strong technical bench Manage drilling programs and field operations , ensuring quality and efficiency Design and oversee groundwater wells including aquifer tests and technical evaluations Support groundwater modeling and water rights strategy Dive into water accounting, lagging, and return flow analyses with confidence Translate complex data into clear, defensible technical reports Generate new projects and clients Foster long-term relationships with new and existing clients What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Engineering, or similar field (Master’s preferred) Registered Professional Geologist (or ability to obtain) 10+ years of hydrogeology and management experience with increasing responsibility Familiarity with Colorado water rights and regulatory landscape Strong command of Denver Basin and alluvial aquifer systems Proven leadership experience Clear, confident communicator both written and verbal Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Groundwater modeling and ArcGIS experience a plus Why M&W We’re not a giant firm and that’s by design.
