Compensation: $1917 - $2310 | Shift: 3x12 Rotating

You will collaborate with seasoned professionals and have access to essential resources, including a charge nurse available around the clock, mental health specialists, and respiratory therapists as needed. The unit offers flexible scheduling with 12-hour shifts, requiring work every other weekend and holiday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate care to adult patients with psychiatric and detoxification needs.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain precise patient records utilizing the EPIC charting system.
• Follow the dress code and act as a role model for patients.
• Engage in a 2-3 day unit-specific orientation alongside a preceptor.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting.
• BLS Certification is mandatory.
