Airrack is a tight-knit team that pulls off ambitious, innovative YouTube videos that get millions of views. We're creative, gritty, and passionate about making content no one else dares to. The Role
We're hiring a short-form producer to lead Eric's presence on TikTok and Instagram. This role is focused on fast, culturally relevant, daily-postable content — not high-production cinematic shorts. The ideal candidate has a deep, instinctual understanding of what works on the For You Page and Reels feed, and can turn an idea into a published video the same day using nothing more than an iPhone and a mobile editor.
The right person is comfortable working independently, has a strong point of view on trends and formats, and is energized by volume and speed rather than long post-production cycles. This is a hands-on role that involves traveling with Eric to capture content on location, ideating in the moment, and posting consistently across platforms.
