As an Apprentice Installer, you'll learn the trade while working alongside experienced professionals on bathroom, kitchen, and flooring projects throughout Dallas-Fort Worth. Responsibilities Assist lead installers with demolition and prep work Learn proper installation techniques for tile, flooring, and fixtures Maintain clean and organized job sites Transport materials and tools as needed Follow safety protocols and company standards Progress toward independent installation work Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn Basic hand tool familiarity Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Positive attitude and professional demeanor No prior experience required—we'll train you What We Offer Paid training and mentorship program Clear path to advancement Competitive starting pay with growth potential Steady full-time work Supportive team environment Tools provided during training RenoDFW is an equal opportunity employer.
