Operations Intern

Gain exposure to multiple areas of plant operations, including milk receiving, cheese production, drying, packaging, and shipping Support projects focused on improving processes, productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements Partner with Operations employees and leaders to learn various roles and responsibilities throughout the plant Present project outcomes, recommendations, and key learnings at the conclusion of the internship Requirements Currently pursuing an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Dairy Science, Agricultural Science, Food Science, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities Interest in manufacturing, continuous improvement, and leadership development Core Competencies Demonstrates strong analytical and organizational skills while actively engaging in plant operations, focusing on process improvement and quality assurance.
