Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to join our team at AdviniaCare Providence! As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a vital role in the upkeep of our facility and all its needs. Your skills in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems will be invaluable in inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems for any issues, maintaining inventory, and scheduling repairs. Responsibilities:

Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems for any issues
Maintain inventory and schedule repairs
Perform general maintenance of the facility and grounds
Provide efficient operation and upkeep of the property, building, and grounds

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years related experience in a long term care/medical facility environment
Full time, 40 hours/week
