Job Title

Registered Nurse – Telemetry / Observation Unit

Location

Pomona, CA | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry/Observation Unit setting
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
• Perform assessments and interventions in accordance with unit protocols and facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
• Adhere to all facility dress code and compliance requirements throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) state license required at time of submission
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Minimum 3 years of Telemetry nursing experience
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an Observation Unit setting
• Strong telemetry interpretation and cardiac monitoring skills
• Ability to adapt to facility-specific protocols and compliance requirements
