Location: College Station, TX and surrounding areas
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $100,000–$180,000+ per year (Based on Experience)
Texas Bath & Shower is growing and looking for experienced Acrylic Bath Installers to join our team. If you have experience with one-day bath remodels, carpentry, or residential remodeling, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do- Install acrylic bath and shower systems in customers' homes.
- Complete one-day bathroom remodels.
- Perform carpentry, trim work, and basic plumbing as needed.
- Take accurate measurements and prepare installation areas.
- Follow company installation standards to ensure quality workmanship.
- Keep the work area clean and respect customers' homes.
- Review completed installations with homeowners and answer any questions.
- Complete required paperwork and job photos.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and installation materials.
- At least 2 years of experience in bathroom remodeling, carpentry, or home renovations.
- Experience installing acrylic bath or shower systems is preferred.
- Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to read a tape measure and take accurate measurements.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
